We're proud that we have been recognised by both our customers and industry experts as providing great service, excellent food and fantastic facilities.  We thought we'd share some of these with you.

Winner 2011/2012 "Customer Service Excellence" The Play Providers Association (PPA) ASPIRE Awards were held in London on 29th September 2011 and The Jungle were delighted to be announced as winners of the Customer Service Excellence category.

This annual event, incorporating the Play Providers Conference and the “Awards for the Play Industry Recognising Excellence” provides a focal point in the indoor play calendar and the awards recognise those operators who are making great leaps, taking the industry forward and operating outstanding centres. The Jungle scored a huge 88% across a number of different areas which customers were asked to rate, including ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ in the areas of initial welcome, interaction and nature of the staff, food and drink service and delivery, marketing, communication to customers and overall customer experience. The Jungle are thrilled to have won this award which recognises the hard work of the whole team in ensuring that every customer receives exceptional customer service and a fantastic experience all round.

Winner 2011 "Best For Kids" Readers of the Warrington Guardian voted The Jungle as the best place for kids in the area, beating LA Bowl, Big Fun, Jelly Beans, Walton Gardens and Blue Planet Aquarium!

Winner 2009/10 "UK Best Play Centre" Voted best play centre in the whole country

The Jungle has been awarded a distinction in the Council's annual Food Awards which demonstrates exceptionally high standards of food hygiene and the safe production and storage of food, it also recognises that we offer healthy choices in the food that we sell.

Warrington Borough Council's Food Safety team routinely inspect all food businesses for compliance with nationally set food hygiene standards. The three criteria are: Food hygiene practices and procedures; including food handling practices, temperature control The structure of the premises; including cleanliness, layout, condition of the structure, lighting, ventilation, washing facilities etc. Confidence in management of the business. The final score awarded to each food business is indicated by a star rating, the highest award being 5 stars, to zero stars for the poorest. The Jungle Express cafe has been awarded five stars which recognises the Highest Standards of Compliance
