After every party we ask parents for constructive feedback and welcome all comments, both good and bad.  These are just a few of the great comments we've received over the past 6 months.

I'm writing to you to say how impressed we were with The Jungle and the wonderful staff who oversaw our daughter's fourth birthday party.

We had booked our party with you because we'd been impressed with the staff and facilities when we were invited to a friends' child's party at the Jungle some months ago. On that occasion, the fact that the staff serving the birthday food also entertained the children was particularly pleasing to see, as at other play centres that we'd visited the staff at times seemed to view the young children as an annoyance to be tolerated rather than as excited party goers.

With this in mind, Joanne who looked after my daughter's party was absolutely superb. From the moment we stepped through the door she bent over backwards to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. Moreover, she has an excellent rapport with children and really gave them a good time during the party section of the visit.

Enormous thanks must also go to Laura, who I telephoned the evening before the party to ask if she could add any Hannah Montana accessories to the proceedings. Rather than tell me it was far too late (which I was expecting to be honest) she promised to pick up plates and cups on her way into work and organised the room in a way that delighted my daughter - and made my day. She really is an asset to your company!

Friends who attended the party have already contacted me to say how much better it was than other play centre events that they've attended and I will be most definitely recommending the Jungle to all of my friends and colleagues.

It is incredibly refreshing to find a company so completely dedicated to absolutely looking after the needs of both parents and their children.

The birthday party we had for our son recently at the jungle was fantastic, all our guests had a great time. We where looked after from the moment we arrived, until the party finished. The party organizer we had on the day did a fantastic job, he made sure we had everthing we needed and it all ran smoothly.
