Is it free to join?
Yes, it's 100% free to join. We only ask you to cover the cost of replacement cards should you lose them.
What benefits are there?

Can I use the pass at any of The Jungle play centres?
Yes, it's valid at both Skelmersdale and Warrington.
Can I jump the queue to get in?
No sorry, it wouldn't be fair to customers who are waiting patiently to get in.
I've forgotten my card, can I still get reduced entry?
Sorry no, you must produce your card to get reduced entry.
I've lost my card, can I have a replacement?
Yes, but we have to charge an administration fee of £1.00
I signed up, but didn't get an email confirmation.
The email can take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Did you check your spam folder? Did you supply a valid email address? We know that sounds a bit daft, but you'd be suprised how many times this happens.
I received my joining confirmation email, but don't have a printer. What can I do?
Don't worry, we can find you, it just takes a bit longer. If you get emails on your phone, you could show us it there.
Why didn't my child get a birthday gift?
We send out birthday emails on the day of your child's birthday. If you didn't get it, it may be because you unsubscribed from our mailing list. You can re-subscribe here.
We may not have your email address at all. Before we had an online membership system our customers used to join by filling out a paper application form. As a result we have over a 1000 members who gave no email address or we were unable to read your handwriting. Next time you're in ask a member of the team to check or send us an email, giving your membership number.
