Tier 4 Closure
Unfortunatley as we have now moved into Tier 4 we have to temporarily close our doors. If you have purchased a ticket for a session that is covered by this closure then we will arrange for it to be transferred to a new session of your choosing as soon as we are open.

All tables now have an allocated table number, please quote your table number when ordering food.
We have a limited menu in the café, please order within the first hour of arrival so that we can ensure your food is ready before the end of your play session.
Please pay by Contactless card payment whenever possible.
After eating, please help our Team by putting used plates/cups etc back onto your tray for easy collection.
Eating/drinking on the play frame is strictly forbidden.
Hygiene / Cleaning
Our team will be carrying out an enhanced cleaning regime of the building and play frame between play sessions and will of course continue to clean the main touch points throughout the day.
Our cleaning regime, will be further enhanced by the use of a biomisting machine which disinfects every surface and leaves an antimicrobial coating on surfaces by forming an environment which makes it difficult for bacteria, viruses, fungi, spores and mould to reproduce. Like a powerful wind blower, a biomister fills the building with a fine mist of particles which settle onto all surfaces, even ones never normally touched by conventional cleaning.
All products will conform with relevant British standards such as EN1276, EN1650, EN14476.
Government guidance says that “Ventilation is an important part of mitigating against the transmission of COVID-19. Ventilation into the building should be optimised to ensure a fresh air supply is provided to all areas of the facility”. The Jungle’s air handling system which provides 11 fresh air exchanges every hour.
Children should be supervised whenever they use the toilets. Please use hand sanitiser on entry and ensure you and your child wash your hands and sanitise thoroughly after using the toilet.
Please do not visit The Jungle if you or any member of your family is feeling unwell or displaying any Covid-19 symptoms.
If you begin to feel ill during your visit, please leave immediately or inform a member of our Team who will assist you.
If a customer tests positive for Covid-19 you may receive a call from NHS Test and Trace. If you are contacted by them then please follow their guidance relating to self-isolation.
